The New Year is a great time to make resolutions. It feels like a fresh start. There are many wedding related New Year resolutions. You could resolve to create a wedding website for yourself and your fiance or you could use the New Year as the start date for your wedding or honeymoon savings account (I recommend SmartyPig). What wedding related New Year resolution are you making for 2011?
If you are looking for the New Year wedding trends then look no further! The predicted colors for 2001 are blues, pinks, purples, and greens and 60% of brides and grooms will be paying for part of their wedding. If you are getting married in May, July, September, or October then you picked the busiest marriage months!
And, we will all be watching for the trends started by the Royal wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton. I am sure we will see some beautiful ideas come from that wedding. Of course, their budget is a little higher than most, but you can always scale it back to fit your own wedding.
